Case & Chase Legal Consultancy FZE is a registered legal consultancy firm, licensed by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are authorised to provide legal consultancy services within the UAE, to residents, nationals, and visitors, in accordance with the scope of our license and applicable laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the fees displayed on this website relate solely to our professional consultancy services. They do not include court fees, advocate fees for court appearances, notary fees, prosecution fees, transaction charges, government or regulatory fees, or any other charges levied by authorities in the UAE. Such additional costs remain the responsibility of the client.
All fees are subject to revision a tour sole discretion and without prior notice. The final applicable fee for your matter will always be confirmed in writing through an official quotation or engagement letter issued by us.
Where necessary and at our discretion, we may collaborate with, or outsource certain legal or administrative tasks to external advocates, PROs, or law firms duly authorised to practice in the UAE. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept our right to do so.
All contracts, agreements, and documents prepared or reviewed by us are in the English language, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Should translation into another language be required, or translation from another language into English, such services will incur additional charges.
